DELIVERY TERMS.
All deliveries are to curbside area only. If directed onto your property,
we take NO responsibility for damage cause either above or below ground. Please be aware if you require specific tipping instructions that we will do our best to tip where requested Safely.
The safe travel of our truck and staff on your property is solely your responsibility. Any damage or recovery costs are your liability.
Any product delivered curbside and left on the cross‐over or footpath becomes the responsibility of the Customer. TLC will not be held accountable for any loss, damages, injuries, or municipal action that may arise from this delivery.
